Shipping policy

Orders received before 1pm are normally dispatched same day mon-fri. Orders received after 1pm are dispatched the following business day.

Shipping to Mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands)

We use Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service as standard, which is normally a next day service.

• Free for orders over £50
• £4.95 for orders under £50

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

• £8.95 for all orders.

Shipping to Non Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland)

• Flat rate £10 

International Shipping

• Rates calculated during checkout.

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world but please be aware that retail orders may be expensive to ship due to the high cost of international courier services.

Economies of scale mean that bulk/wholesale shipments to non-UK distributors are often a much more cost-effective way to get our products to your country. To that end, we encourage overseas customers to ask their favourite local retailers to enquire about stocking Foundry products if you want to buy them in your country.
